About Us
PHF has been educating today’s youth about Punjabi virsa since 2009, and has trained over 1000 individuals in various Punjabi folk dances and instruments. Our team consists of extremely dedicated and talented individuals who make your journey with us a memorable one. We provide a warm, supportive, and fun filled environments for you and your children while incorporating effective team building exercises. Our ultimate goal is to preserve the Punjabi culture and keep the youth close to their roots by providing a quality dance and music education.
Our Annual Shows
PHF hosts 3 annual shows and sponsors many events where the kids show case the skills they have acquired.
First Show
Our first show is our annual show case consisting of many performances like Bhangra, Gidha, Jhummar, Sammi, Luddi, Jindua, Malwai Gidha, Dhammal, Folk Orchestra and Bollywood.
Second Show
The 2nd show of the year is our summer camp show case where kids who enrolled in our annual summer camp get to present the skills they acquired over the duration of our annual summer camp.
Third Show
The 3rd show case is our annual interacademy dance competition, where the kids are encouraging to take part in friendly competition with their peers. PHF has taken many teams across Canada and America to participate in international competitions and has been blessed with the opportunity to win many of them.
